Aim

To prepare children so that they are ready for the next phase of their education and for life in a diverse and ever-changing society. 

Vision

To create a curriculum where each subject is unique and powerful. To adopt a teaching for mastery approach where we teach key concepts which are broken down into small steps, allowing children to effectively build upon their previous knowledge. To enable children to communicate their ideas with precision and clarity using subject specific and relevant vocabulary. To use variation to challenge thinking and to helping children to create meaningful connections in their learning. To layer intervention and effective feedback to ensure that everyone moves forward together. 

To provide children with a range of opportunities to thrive as individuals.  To help children to develop their character, skills and knowledge and to encourage them to confidently take part in a variety of experiences and opportunities.
