The Tiger Who Came to Tea – Year 1

The boys and girls in Year 1 were shocked to find out that, while they were playing outside, the tiger from ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’ story had been into the classroom and made a huge mess. He ate all of Mrs Simpson’s snacks and left boxes and crumbs all over the place. The children looked for the tiger, but sadly he was long gone.

Year 1 have also been learning about carnivores and herbivores in Science. They had to choose what kind of teeth they’d have if they were an animal. They then described their teeth and said whether they were an herbivore or carnivore.
